We’re happy to offer delivery across all locations within India. At the moment, we don’t ship internationally, but we’re hoping to expand to more locations in the future!
Once you place your order, we’ll aim to process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After processing, you’ll get a confirmation email with all your order details and estimated delivery information.
Your order will typically arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on where you’re located. We know how important it is to get your items to you quickly, and we do everything we can to ensure speedy delivery.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or if the order is refused, our delivery partner will try to deliver it two more times. If all attempts fail, your order will be returned to us. You can request a re-delivery, though an additional shipping fee may apply.
We take extra care when packaging your items, but if you receive something damaged, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours with a photo showing the damage. If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier service to investigate the issue and either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
